Shipping your parcel

For all orders placed with VapeEvolution before 1pm (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays), we undertake to dispatch your package the same day. Whether you choose delivery in France or abroad, a tracking link will be provided to you rapidly, enabling you to follow the progress of your parcel in real time.

• Our delivery charges cover the costs of packaging, handling and postage.
• These costs can be made up of a fixed amount and a variable part, depending on the total of your order.
• To optimise your delivery costs, we suggest that you group your items together in a single order.
• Otherwise, delivery charges will apply for each order placed.
• Each parcel is prepared with particular care to ensure the protection of your items.
• However, VapeEvolution disclaims all responsibility, under any circumstances, both for shipments and for after-sales service returns made within mainland France, overseas territories, and internationally, regarding the choice of Colissimo as the delivery service. DELIVERY IN MAINLAND FRANCE

1. * : Delivery to your home or to a delivery point within 48 hours by Colissimo for all orders placed before 1 p.m. (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).
2. ** : Free postage for all orders over the set threshold (excluding discounts and postage).

OVERSEAS DELIVERY

Prices may vary depending on the weight of the parcel.

Overseas 1: Guadeloupe (including St Barthélémy and St Martin), Martinique, Réunion, French Guiana, Mayotte, St Pierre et Miquelon.

Overseas 2: New Caledonia and its dependencies, French Polynesia, Walis and Futuna Islands.

• It is important to choose your delivery method carefully. In the event of loss or damage by the postal services, only the compensation for your type of shipment will be paid. Please check your address carefully before confirming your order.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

• It is important to choose your type of delivery carefully. In the event of loss or damage by the postal services, only the compensation for your type of shipment will be paid. Please check your address carefully before confirming your order.

We cannot be held liable for any damage or loss of parcels caused by Colissimo during international shipment of goods.
• For all orders placed before 1pm (excluding Mondays, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays), your parcel will be dispatched the same day.
• Benefit from the French rate for all orders placed in the Netherlands, Luxembourg and Spain.
• Have your order delivered to your home or to a delivery point!
• Home delivery: Home delivery with signature. For all orders placed before 1pm (excluding Mondays, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays), your parcel will be dispatched the same day. 
• Point Relais : Pickup delivery. For all orders placed before 1pm (excluding Mondays, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays), your parcel will be dispatched the same day.
